Every certificate PHW issues carries a QR code that opens a live, checkable record. A site can confirm who was assessed, on what, and when, without contacting PHW.
Two ways to reach the same live record.
Every certificate carries a QR code, and so does the operator's phone card. Scanning either opens that operator's verify page directly.
Each certificate shows an operator reference. Open the verify site and enter that reference to reach the same page without scanning anything.

The verify page never shows date of birth or a home address. It exists so a site can check qualifications, not identify someone.
